A Triangle Solutions empresa multinacional especialista em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, encontra-se a recrutar Chefe de Sala (M/F) para prestigiado cliente localizado na zona de Setúbal.

Funções:

  • Capacitar e treinar os colaboradores em aspectos técnicos e comportamentais, garantindo que todos os procedimentos sejam efetuados de forma correta;
  • Garantir o eficaz funcionamento da secção;
  • Garantir a conservação de materiais e equipamentos;
  • Identificar as necessidades de formação de cada colaborador;
  • Reunir com chef na elaboração das ementas;
  • Elaborar horários e planos de trabalho para o bom funcionamento da secção;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das regras HACCP.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos;
  • Conhecimento de pelo menos 2 línguas (inglês e outra);
  • Formação em gestão da restauração e catering ou semelhante (preferencial);
  • Flexibilidade;
  • Flexibilidade horária;
  • Pontualidade e assiduidade;
  • Simpatia;
  • Orientação para o cliente;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação/relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, determinação e autoconfiança;

Horários: Rotativos.
