Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Acolhimento e acompanhamento dos hóspedes
  • Serviço e apoio ao cliente durante a estadia
  • Atendimento telefónico
  • Gestão de reclamações
  • Desempenho das principais funções e tarefas gerais de Receção
