What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers in managing reservations, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental bookings and their options, suggesting and providing additional information to meet customer needs.
• Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform.
• Process and promptly respond to contact requests.
• Contribute to building engagement with our clients brand.

Your qualifications
