The Role

As a Chef Pizzaiolo, you will lead our pizza-making team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and consistency. You will play a pivotal role in the kitchens operation by supervising the pizzaiolo team, managing production, and maintaining an efficient, safe, and hygienic working environment. Your creativity and expertise will delight our guests while fostering a collaborative and inspiring atmosphere.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management and Leadership:
  • Supervise and guide the pizzaiolo team by defining tasks, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the teams skills and ensure high-quality production.
  • Pizza Preparation and Production:
  • Oversee the preparation and production of pizzas, ensuring compliance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Master and implement various pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, ingredient handling, and cooking methods.
  • Stock Management and Cost Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and coordinate timely replenishment of ingredients.
  • Maintain a cost-conscious approach without compromising quality.
  • Hygiene and Food Safety:
  • Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and related areas.
  • Quality Control:
  • Inspect and ensure the quality and presentation of all pizzas before service.
  • Consistently deliver pizzas that meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Plan and organize daily and weekly production schedules to meet demand effectively.
