We are seeking a dedicated Video Content Moderator to join our team in Porto and help ensure safe, compliant and engaging content for our audiences.

What youll do

• Review and monitor video content to ensure compliance with policy and quality standards checking for adherence to guidelines, flagging issues, and ensuring content is appropriate for publication or live-streaming.
• Work carefully with content metadata, logs, and databases track moderation actions, document findings, and maintain accurate records of content status and decisions.
• Collaborate closely with other moderation, compliance and production teams to escalate complex or ambiguous cases, follow up on flagged content, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide feedback and reports on content-trends, violations and user reports helping the team continually improve moderation standards and workflows.
• Adapt to shift-based work and time-sensitive content review ensuring moderation work supports global operations and 24/7 demands when required.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent German (C1+) excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation, quality control, compliance, or similar roles comfortable with detail-oriented work and applying guidelines consistently.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound, responsible decisions under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professional ethics able to manage confidential content and handle sensitive material with care.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if needed, and the ability to coordinate with an international, multicultural team.
