What will be your role

In this role, you will join a highly technical senior team working on large-scale solutions within the aviation and travel technology ecosystem (AOP / Seamless Travel), contributing to secure, scalable, and reliable architectures with global impact.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining secure, scalable and reliable solution architectures aligned with business and enterprise goals
• Working hands-on with development teams (.NET) on solution design and integration
• Ensuring systems are secure, traceable, resilient and aligned with technology strategy

Cloud & Security (AWS focused)

• Designing and maintaining secure AWS and hybrid infrastructures
• Managing IAM, WAFs, security groups and network rules
• Implementing security monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch, Elastic, PRTG, RabbitMQ)
• Protecting systems against emerging security threats
• Enforcing security policies and promoting security culture
• Supporting AWS environments and FinOps initiatives
• Optimizing cloud usage and cost efficiency
• Handling client security requests and compliance questionnaires
• Translating business needs into technical decisions

Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL)

• Defining and managing security requirements per product
• Maintaining security backlog and compliance documentation
• Overseeing code scans, binary scans and secure code reviews in CI/CD
• Coordinating penetration tests for sensitive systems
• Working with CISO/BISO on compliance and audits

What should you bring to the team

• +5 years of experience in Software Security, Application Security or Infrastructure Security
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud security
• Solid knowledge of SDL / SSDLC (OWASP SAMM, BSIMM or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git and automation
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and incident management
• Scripting skills (Python, Shell or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in global, matrixed environments
• Collaborative mindset with leadership influence (without people management)
