Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal and external teams;
• Define and evolve application architectures;
• Participate in the development and maintenance of software solutions;
• Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices;
• Define infrastructure technical requirements and collaborate with DevOps teams;
• Collaborate in translating business requirements into technical specifications;

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
• At least 7 years of experience in software development;
• Previous experience in technical leadership, software architecture, or technical coordination roles;
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or Nodejs;
• Experience with microservices architectures and API-driven development;
• Certifications in Software Architecture, Information Security, or Project Management will be valued;
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions will be a plus;
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support multidisciplinary teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
