Senior Salesforce Integration Developer

Start date: 1st April

Duration: 12 months, full time

Localização - 2 days p/w onsite in Lisbon

Job Summary

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud & Data Cloud platform.

Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements. Additional expertise in Salesforce API’s, integration patterns, security models, and large data volumes will be highly appreciated

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business and technical, to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including but not limited to, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security controls

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality of Salesforce and integrate with other systems

• Design and build Lightning components and applications using Salesforce Lightning Framework

• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user experience and productivity

• Customize and configure Salesforce integrations, including but not limited to : Google Cloud Platform, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Informatica, Kong, Solace.

• Perform data migration and data cleansing for large data volumes (update, delete) in collaboration with different stakeholders.

• Produce cut-over plan for releases, agreeing with stakeholders the dates and volumes of operations.

•Conduct systematic testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, Lightning components and Salesforce Integration topics (SOAP/Rest API, Bulk API v1 and v2, Platform Events, custom web services)

• Salesforce Developer certification (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) is a must.

• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs, and CI/CD using GIT.

• Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce with external systems.

• Experienced in Agile delivery and Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, Jira, Zephyr).

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluent English required.

• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations
