What are we looking for?

• 3years of experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO) in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in core banking system migration projects, preferably with Oracle FlexCube.
• Ability to manage and control project schedules effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing executive presentations and summary reports.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of migration processes on banking information systems.
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and proficiency in English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
