We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in React for the front-end and Java for the back-end to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly web applications, while leveraging the power of modern JavaScript libraries and Java technologies.

In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Front-End:

• Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working with React.js and JavaScript/Typescript.
• Proficiency in Front-end Technologies: Strong understanding of Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Proficiency in React libraries: react-router, react-query, recharts, redux, redux-thunkal
• Experience with State Management: Familiarity with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.
• Component Libraries: Experience with popular component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
• API Integration: Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Awareness of UI/UX principles and ability to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional features.

Back-End:

• Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra.
• Proficiency with tools like Maven, Gradle, or Docker.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ.

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Additional qualifications – nice to have:

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with graph databases or other advanced data storage options.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying applications using React and Java.
