We are hiring a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives across the Collectivus group, with a core focus on eCommerce platforms, site migrations, and cross-system integrations. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across brands, including Dragon Shield and Southern Hobby, partnering closely with leadership, operations, customer service, marketing, and technology teams, plus external vendors.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to turn ambiguity, dependencies, and competing priorities into clear execution plans and shipped outcomes. Expect projects like Shopify migrations, ERP/shipping integrations, and launch readiness work.

• Portfolio ownership and delivery
• Own a portfolio of digital initiatives across Collectivus brands, including site replatforming and modernization efforts.
• Drive projects from discovery through launch with clear milestones, risks, and readiness plans.
• Maintain clear progress updates focused on progress, Seguinte steps, and blockers, with explicit asks and escalation paths.

• Lead eCommerce migrations and major platform improvements, primarily on Shopify, including theme and UX modernization.
• Coordinate critical integrations with ERP, shipping, and operational systems.
• Ensure operational readiness for launches, including test planning, internal resourcing, SOPs, training, and support workflows.

• Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Surface required decisions early, drive them to closure, and manage tradeoffs transparently.
• Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders and ensure the right people are involved at the right time.

• Manage external partners and vendors, including scoping, SOW alignment, change requests, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate multi-vendor workstreams and prevent dependency deadlocks through clear ownership and escalation.

• Ensure analytics and tracking are in place to measure outcomes and diagnose friction.
• Partner with design and engineering to improve UX/UI across key journeys: browse, search, product pages, cart/checkout, and order support flows.

• Major migrations launch on time with stable operations and minimal post-launch disruption.
• Dependencies do not linger without owners and deadlines; blockers are escalated early.
• Stakeholders trust status and decision framing; alignment happens through clarity, not meetings.
• Teams ship improvements that measurably improve conversion, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• 5+ years in product management or digital program delivery for eCommerce or digital platforms.
• Proven experience leading platform migrations or large cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to drive decisions across competing priorities.
• Comfort working with external vendors and distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and operational workflows (CS, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping).
• Analytics fluency (GA or similar, dashboards, event tracking).
• Experience with Shopify, middleware patterns, and system integrations is a plus.
• Experience in wholesale/B2B commerce is a plus.
• Interest in collectibles, TCGs, or gaming is a bonus.
