We are a growing startup, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build our

commercial team from the ground up.

As a Sales Executive / Key Account Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our

customers, helping them understand how Platomico can bring real value to their daily

operations, and supporting them from the very Primeira meeting through to long-term retention.

What you'll do

• Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities: independent restaurants,

chains and franchises.

• Proactively generate leads through prospecting, networking and referrals.

• Present and tailor Platomico's proposal to each business's real needs, from demo

to close, handling sales objections along the way.

• Meet and exceed established sales targets.

• Manage and retain key accounts, acting as their trusted point of contact within Platomico.

• Identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within existing accounts.

• Manage your own agenda, routes and pipeline with autonomy.

• Share customer feedback with the product and customer support teams.

• Represent Platomico at trade fairs, events and industry gatherings within the

HORECA sector.
