Your role

Under the supervision of the País Sales Manager, ensure compliance with Empresa policies, as well as meeting the objectives and annual Sales Plan.

• Present, promote and sell Garnica products using solid arguments to existing and prospective Customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and/or yearly sales and profitability targets set for his/her territory by the Empresa and agreed with the employee through effective planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, especially Q&A and Customer Service.
• Analyze the territory/market ́s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Propose actions and suggestions in order to build the Annual Sales Plan for his/her assigned Territory.
• Participate in the required marketing activities of Garnica Plywood in the assigned Territory market for hardwood plywood.
• Assist in any quality issues related to the product itself in conjunction with Empresa QA staff.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
• Assist current customer base by training/acEmpresaing customer sales force in joint end user calls (sell-out)

Also some of the basics in terms of background are:

1. At least 2 years of experience in Sales, experience in the plywood/wood industry is a plus

2. Good Spanish level (business fluency). Good English level is a plus.

3. Availability to travel frequently within the market and also quaterly to (mainly) Espanha to attend to commercial meetings.
