About Responsibilities

KLx is expanding and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, working across purchasing, data analysis, contract management and supplier relations.

The main mission will be:

• Support daily procurement operations, ensuring compliance with internal and group policies.
• Upload, update, and maintain data and documentation in internal tools (contracts, suppliers, POs, etc.).
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in line with internal procedures.
• Assist in the contract lifecycle, including information gathering, updates and archiving.
• Collaborate in supplier evaluation and onboarding processes (KYS, compliance, ESG).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues.
• Support the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and comparative analysis of proposals.
• Ensure procurement databases and tools are organized, updated and aligned with compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and group strategies.

Who you are:

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in a technology or banking environment.
• Knowledge of contracts and purchasing processes (IT experience is valued but not mandatory).
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative and responsible approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ease with digital tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English, proficiency in French is a plus.
