About Responsibilities

The main mission will be:

As a key member of KLx Middle Office Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational and administrative tasks across the organisation. This Cargo requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting business performance.

  • Quality control and monitoring of the invoicing of activities;
  • Quality control, invoicing data on tools;
  • Consolidation of KLx information and indicators;
  • Ensure compliance with the administrative procedures of the department;
  • Analysis of processes and development of improvement proposals.
  • Checking Billing Files;
  • Follow-up of service requests: sourcing, onboarding / offboarding.

Who you are:

  • More than 2 years of professional experience in administrative and billing functions;
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Familiarity with Power BI;
  • Autonomous and proactive;
  • Organized, rigorous, motivated, and eager to learn;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent level of English (+B2);
  • Excellent level in French (+B2).
