Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect

Localização: Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week on the client’s office

Java Tech Lead Role: French B2 Required

Java Solutions Architect Role: English B2 is required and French C1 is a strong plus

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Java Tech Lead

We are looking for experienced Java Tech Leads with strong full-stack capabilities and solid hands-on leadership experience. You’ll guide teams in designing and delivering robust Java-based applications in enterprise environments.

Key Skills:

• Java 11, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Angular (frontend)
• MySQL / Oracle
• GigaSpace
• Experience with microservices and scalable architecture is a plus
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Languages: French B2+

Java Solutions Architect

As a Java Solutions Architect, you'll play a critical role in defining the architecture and strategy for large-scale systems, integrating modern development practices and ensuring high-performance delivery pipelines.

Key Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven
• DevOps & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar)
• SQL & NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQLServer, MongoDB)
• Frontend frameworks: Angular, React, VueJS
• Experience with other languages (C#, Python) is a plus
• Strong background in unit testing (JUnit) and Git
• Experience with microservices and scalable architecture is a plus
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
• Languages: English B2 is required and French C1 is a strong plus
