HR IEFP Internship – Human Resources (3 vacancies)

⚙ What will you do?

A. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Support recruitment activities, including job posting and candidate attration
• Assist with CV screening and candidate pre-selection
• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment logistics
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitmentment
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring a positive experience for new hires
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

B. HR Administration & Payroll Support

• Assist with employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes.
• Support the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
• Help monitor attendance, absences, vacations, and related HR data
• Assist in gathering and validating information required for payroll processing
• Support the preparation and organization of HR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and GDPR requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding administrative HR requests.

C. Learning & Development

• Support training administration processes, including registrations, attendance tracking, and certification management
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external training initiatives
• Update learning management systems and training records
• Support training effectiveness assessments and reporting
• oContribute to the analysis of Learning & Development indicators and metrics

D. HR Projects & Continuous Improvements

• Participate in HR projects and improvement initiatives.
• Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and people analytics.
• Contribute to internal HR communication activities.
• Collaborate with different business areas, gaining exposure to various HR functions within an international environment.
