We’re hiring a German & English Customer Retention Specialist to join a high-performing team supporting a global digital brand. This is your opportunity to combine customer experience with commercial impact in a fully remote setup.
Your Mission
As a Retention Specialist, your focus goes beyond support - you will actively drive customer loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
You will:
Engage with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with a sales and retention mindset
Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure customer loyalty
Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate
Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities
Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue
Capture insights and feedback to improve retention strategies
What You Bring
Fluent German and English (C1/C2)
Experience in customer service, retention, or sales (strong plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Package:
Base Salary: €920
Performance Bonus (up to €360)
Language Allowance (German + English): €500
Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (~€214/month)
Assiduity Bonus: €110
Flex Work Allowance: €60
Mandatory attendance at role-related workshops every 6 weeks, held in Lisbon or Porto (travel and accommodation expenses covered by the Empresa).
