French‑Speaking Customer Experience Specialist ReLocalização Opportunity – Lisbon, Portugal

Localização: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

Schedule: 40 hours/week | Rotational shifts | 2 days off/week

Work Model: On‑Site

About the Role

Join a large international outsourcing environment in Lisbon and support users of a global digital platform with a strong online community presence.

As a French‑Speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as the main point of contact for French‑speaking users, providing support via phone, email, and chat. Your mission is to deliver a high‑quality customer experience through clear communication, empathy, and effective problem‑solving, while working in a multicultural and fast‑paced setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve user issues efficiently
  • Apply strong communication and questioning skills to understand user needs
  • Manage objections and deliver solutions aligned with service guidelines
  • Work with internal tools and systems following defined procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards are consistently met
Candidate Profile
  • Native or fluent French speaker
  • English level B1 or higher (training and internal communication are in English)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, performance‑driven environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is a plus
  • EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
Training Program
  • Paid training of approximately 15 working days
  • 8 hours/day, conducted in English
  • Includes:
    • Integration into the local team
    • Systems and tools training
    • Product and service knowledge
    • Customer communication best practices
    • On‑the‑job training with guided support

Successful completion of training leads directly to contract signature.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Options

With Empresa Housing

  • €1,240.67 gross/month (14 salaries per year)

With Own Accommodation

  • €1,040.66 gross/month (14 salaries per year)

Both options include:

  • Base salary + Christmas & Holiday allowances (paid monthly as per Portuguese law)
  • Meal allowance: €7/day (€154/month), paid via prepaid card
  • Private health & life insurance after contract signature
  • 25 paid vacation days per year
  • Annual return flight to Início País after 12 months
  • ReLocalização package with up to 14 months of Empresa housing (for international hires)
  • Free Portuguese language lessons after 3 months

Performance‑based variable bonus may apply, depending on monthly results.
