As we expand our European presence, we are looking for a commercially driven and technically confident Field Sales Manager to lead growth across the region.
The Role
This is a field-Primeira, hands-on commercial role.
You will own business development across European markets, from identifying new opportunities to -delivering live equipment demonstrations and closing deals.
You will act as the face of PowerHandling across Europe, building long-term relationships with industrial clients while collaborating closely with our US-based team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
-Own and grow sales across designated European territories
-Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
-Build strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients
-Deliver on-site product demonstrations (including transporting and setting up equipment up to 50 lbs)
-Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → close
-Maintain accurate CRM records of pipeline activity and client interactions
-Provide market intelligence and field feedback to support product and commercial strategy
-Participate in regular coordination meetings with US headquarters
What You Bring
-Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial equipment, manufacturing, or technical products
-Comfortable working autonomously across multiple European markets
-Strong client-facing communication skills and commercial negotiation ability
-Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe
-Comfortable with hands-on demonstrations and physical setup of equipment
Preferred:
-Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
-Experience selling into industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments
