Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting for a prestigious client company: Customer Support Agent fluent in Danish.

• Perform and Receive phone calls to Small and Medium Companies in several countries to schedule the collecting of customer equipment;
• Provide information and answer questions.

Working schedule: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Localization: Lisbon (Areeiro)

Requirements:

- Danish Speakers;

- Good Communication skills;

- Energy and team spirit;

- Rigor and perseverance;

- Customer orientation;

- Good computer skills.
