We are now looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a long-term project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and validate technical architecture solutions in Agile & DevOps environments
• Integrate infrastructure and production needs into project scope and product backlog
• Act as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring production readiness
• Ensure proper service monitoring using tools such as Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Support automation and observability initiatives
• Collaborate with production support and infrastructure teams
• Promote DevOps best practices and tools (GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.)
• Contribute to operational excellence, stability, and continuous improvement
• Guide and upskill team members in application production practices

Technical Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations or Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Experience with monitoring tools (Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace)
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory)
• Background in IT Risk and Cybersecurity
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation (Ansible)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• English fluency (mandatory); French is a plus
