? We're Hiring | Cybersecurity Project Manager ?

At Empa‑T, we believe that cybersecurity is a key enabler of business resilience and digital transformation.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join an international project within the banking sector, leading strategic cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of security projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
• Identify project risks and define effective mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
• Prepare status reports and executive updates for management
• Drive collaboration across teams to resolve issues and improve project efficiency
• Promote best practices in project governance and cybersecurity delivery

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Engineering environments
• 3+ years of experience managing IT or Cybersecurity projects
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Security Operations, Cyber Risk Management
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience managing project risks, budget, scope, and timelines
• Fluent French
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• PMP, Prince2, or similar Project Management certification
• CISSP, CISA, or other cybersecurity certifications
• Knowledge of NIST frameworks and cybersecurity governance standards
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and security solutions
