We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Consultants to join a dynamic Retention Team for one of the leading companies in the telecommunications sector.

This is a fully remote opportunity based in Portugal, offering a competitive salary package, performance bonuses, career progression, and long-term stability.

Your Mission

As part of the Retention Team, you will support customers who are considering cancelling their contracts. Your goal will be to understand their needs, provide the best solutions, and create a positive customer experience that strengthens loyalty and satisfaction.

You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services that add value to the customer.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers requesting contract cancellations
• Build customer loyalty through excellent communication and problem-solving
• Advise customers on products, services, and exclusive offers
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and solutions
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Meet performance and quality targets

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German skills (mandatory)
• Good level of English
• Previous call center or customer support experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Technical training or equivalent professional experience

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday with rotating shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 08:00 – 17:00
• 09:00 – 18:00

Enjoy work-life balance with weekends off.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: EUR 920.00 gross/month
• Performance Bonus: up to EUR 360.00 gross /month
• Language Allowance (German + English): EUR 500.00 gross/month
• Meal Allowance: EUR 10.20 net/day
• Assiduity Allowance: EUR 110.00 gross /month
• Flex Work Allowance: EUR 60.00 net /month
