Why this job is important
As a Q2C Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting Kantar's financial health and client relationships. Working within our Functions division, you help ensure that customer accounts are managed effectively, risks are identified early, and collections processes run smoothly across markets.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, data and stakeholder management. You will support third party collections partners, analyse customer performance, and provide meaningful insights that inform decision making across the business. Your work directly contributes to cash flow, compliance, and the overall client experience.
