Be our Seguinte Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain activities, ensuring visibility over purchase orders, manufacturing progress, and deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance, expedite deliveries, and proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
• Support procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase order administration, and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data in SAP.
• Manage inventory planning through MRP, including minimum stock, safety stock, and material availability.
• Coordinate logistics activities with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare Supply Chain KPIs and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and Health & Safety requirements.

Profile:

• Experience in Supply Chain and Procurement within industrial, engineering, construction, or energy environments.
• Strong knowledge of purchase order management, supplier follow-up, and expediting processes.
• Hands-on experience with MRP, inventory management, and stock optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP for procurement and supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Availability to travel across Portugal for short visits to operational sites.
• Fluent in English.
