  THE ROLE 

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a  Business Sales Manager for a international project, 100% remote.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Generate new leads and build relationships to drive margin and improve the sales team productivity and operational efficiency.  
• Manage the rhythm of business with the França sales team, including pipeline review, sales process coaching and acting as the point of escalation.  
• Impact, shape and simplify business for greater results and impact.  
• Knowledge of how businesses use technology and the solutions that Microsoft devices and services can offer 
• Drive results while building strong relationships through very small business, SMB and Enterprise. 
• Internal reporting of sales KPIs including revenue, inbound call traffic and conversion.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 
• 5+ years preferred experience in a fast paced, results driven culture. 
• Experience selling or in business development. 
• Relationship focused and driven, providing excellence in service, sales, and marketing. 
• Fluent English and French to a professional standard required.
