We’re looking for a Brand Designer / Senior Art Director who sees brands as living systems — made of meaning, memory and emotion. Someone who combines a sharp strategic mind with refined visual culture, using design and AI tools not as shortcuts, but as extensions of imagination.

What you’ll do

• Create and evolve brand identities with soul, coherence and modernity

• Lead the visual expression of ideas - from concept to final delivery

• Blend strategy, storytelling and design into strong, meaningful systems

• Explore generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) with creative intent and ethical awareness

• Work across disciplines — graphic, motion, digital, editorial and environmental — designing brand experiences across physical and digital touchpoints

• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters and designers

• Bring visual clarity and emotion to complex ideas

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience in branding or art direction

• Deep understanding of typography, colour, composition and narrative design

• A strong creative point of view and the ability to articulate it

• Mastery of Adobe CC, Figma and AI-driven workflows

• Understanding of user experience principles and how brand design lives across physical and digital environments

• A broad visual repertoire — from culture to corporate, from subtle to iconic

• Cultural awareness, curiosity and a taste for experimentation
