Do you want to develop your career in Management Control, working directly with project monitoring, financial analysis and strategic reporting within a growing and evolving organization?

We are looking for a Control & Reporting Analyst to strengthen our Management Control & Reporting team in Porto. In this role, you will have a direct impact on project performance, financial accuracy and process optimization, always acting in line with corporate values.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of management information.
• Monitor project performance, margins and profitability, supporting decision‑making.
• Record meeting minutes, update system data and act as the bridge between Management Control and Project Managers.
• Perform financial analyses and support monthly closing, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify risks or deviations affecting project compliance and propose cost‑optimization actions.
• Guarantee data accuracy in UNIT4 and deliver Group reporting with variance analysis.
• Consolidate business information for management meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration, uphold Empresa values and ensure information protection.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s and Master of Science (MSc) degrees in Management, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in control and reporting activities, including project‑based controlling
• Experience working with Excel (macros are a plus)
• Autonomy and proactivity (levels I–II).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and maintain a positive team environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Understanding of management control, reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a continuous‑improvement environment.
