The role (important to read)

This Cargo is for someone autonomous, highly involved, result-oriented, and comfortable in a small team environment. We will provide general training and a framework, but your success will depend on your ability to build your own expertise quickly — through curiosity, discipline, and personal motivation. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do: you take ownership, learn fast, and deliver.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate charter operations from request intake to execution and follow-up
• Prepare and control operational documentation (briefings, passenger lists, checklists)
• Manage live operational follow-up and handle Última-minute changes when needed
• Maintain internal reporting and CRM hygiene

Profile

We welcome candidates with experience or training in aviation / air transport (operations, handling, airline environment, airport ops, charter brokerage). Strong transferable profiles from travel operations or high-end hospitality are also valued.

Key Requirements

• English fluent (mandatory)
• French is key because many clients and internal exchanges are francophone — but not indispensable as long as you are willing to learn and improve quickly
• Portuguese required for local operations
• Strong computer skills (Office suite; Excel expected)
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Result-oriented mindset, high reliability, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary: €22,000 to €28,000 gross/year, depending on experience
• As the role evolves into a more sales-oriented / account manager Cargo, a commission scheme will be added on top of the base salary
• Benefits include private health insurance, meal allowance, and transport allowance
