Is this for you?

• 1–3 years of proven outbound experience (ideally B2B but not mandatory)
• Strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and meeting generation
• Previous sales experience (SDR, BDR, financial advisor, insurance agent, client acquisition specialist, real estate agent, etc.) is a plus
• Ready to relocate to Malta and start an international career
• Motivated by targets and driven to exceed them
• Enjoy building relationships and speaking with people daily
• Fluent in English and hold an EU passport/citizenship

Compensation

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission with no earnings cap. Average consultants earn around €35,000 total compensation in Year 1, with a typical Year 2 OTE of €50,000+. Top performers consistently earn €60,000–€80,000 through our merit-based commission structure.
