About Avalanche

Avalanche is a private capital advisory firm, focused on connecting fund managers (VCs, PE, real estate) and private companies raising capital with the right investors - family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pensions, and endowments - and run secondary liquidity for holders of private Empresa shares.

The role

We're looking for a Junior Investor Relations Manager to manage our investor pipeline end to end. You'll work directly with Avalanche's leadership - this is a junior title, but a central role on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the pipeline of new investors (family offices, VCs, wealth managers);
• Maintain and grow relationships with our existing investor base;
• Act as the connector between clients (GPs/founders raising capital) and their investor matches - coordinating intros, follow-ups, and communication end to end.

What we're looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple relationships in parallel;
• Genuine interest in private capital markets (VC, PE, RE);
• Min. 1yr of experience in comparable role.
