What will you do?

• Lead the planning, execution, and global monitoring of IT projects (On-time, On-Budget, On-Scope, On-Quality), in coordination with the involved technical and functional teams.
• Oversee the different project workstreams and phases, focusing on delivery, risk management, and dependency control.
• Monitor and manage services/product lines already implemented within the project scope, ensuring continuity, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Produce executive reports on project status, risks, decisions, and service indicators.
• Prepare and conduct project steering committees and operational meetings.
• Ensure fluid communication with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Minimum of 7 years of integrated experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years specifically as a Project Manager in IT contexts (infrastructure, migrations, shared services, or outsourcing).
• Practical experience in technological transformation projects, such as data center migrations, cloud adoption, or infrastructure outsourcing.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Easyvista, and Confluence.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
