Asenium is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with an IT and ERP systems background to support one of our key projects in Portugal.
Location: Remote from Portugal
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects, ERP consultants)
- Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflows
- Support testing, training, and documentation processes
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis
- Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN
- Experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation
- Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus
