More than someone focused solely on test execution, we are looking for a person with energy, initiative, and the ability to positively influence teams and processes. The purpose of this role is to help elevate quality practices, promote internal initiatives, facilitate the adoption of new approaches, and act as a bridge between QA, automation, and AI-supported solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote QA, automation, and quality best practices within development teams;
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in testing and delivery processes;
• Contribute to initiatives related to AI applied to QA, automation, or process optimization;
• Facilitate the adoption of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies;
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency;
• Support the definition of quality standards, governance, and guidelines;
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of automation and CI/CD pipelines;
• Act as a driving force within the team, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile

• Solid experience in QA Automation and/or Software Testing;
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools;
• Experience with Python or other automation-oriented programming languages;
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/Gen AI (e.g., Prompt Engineering, APIs, intelligent automation, copilots, LLMs);
• Experience working in Agile environments and continuous integration;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, dynamic profile with the ability to drive and facilitate initiatives;
• Interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and process transformation.
