The ESM Expert develops the relationships/partnerships and manages the governance with the entities (OpCos and GO) that use one or more Silva Products through the key contacts appointed by them.
For this reason, she/he is their prime contact point, who takes charge of their questions/concerns, translates their needs into demands whose deliveries he/she follows.
Ideally, this position would oversee all OpCo entities located in France and Morocco.
JOB PURPOSE : The ESM Expert
- Maintain the key contacts repository.
- Manage interactions with key contacts.
- Advise on any Silva related topic.
- Collect & clarify requirements.
- Create and/or submit the demands.
- Monitor deliveries of P1 demands.
- Monitor demands pending for clients feedback.
- Manage complaints.
- Adapt & pass the information.
- Lead the release UATs.
- Manages story pack purchases.
- Obtain commercial proposal validations.
- Feed the roadmap with entity needs.
- Prepare and chair the governance meetings according to the GO engagement framework.

Education & Experience
Speak English fluently, able to speak/understand French will be appreciated.
Ability to synthesise a large amount of information.Ability to work in an emergency and/or changing context.
Ability to deal with several topics at the same time and manage their priorities.
Ability to deal with complex topics.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow products
Good knowledge of GOs organisation, GO frameworks, GO priorities.
Good knowledge of the demand management process.
Experience in customer relationship management.
