O ManpowerGroup Portugal, multinacional de Recursos Humanos, líder a nível mundial, pretende recrutar Assistente de Apoio ao Cliente (m/f) para integrar prestigiada empresa cliente do sector energético

As tuas responsabilidades:

· Dar resposta a pedidos de clientes;

· Apoio na resolução de avarias;

· Agendamento do técnico a casa do cliente;

· Fidelização do cliente suprindo todas as necessidades do cliente.

O que precisas de ter:

· Gosto pelo atendimento ao cliente

· Habilitações mínimas ao nível do 12º ano;

· Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;

· Dinamismo;

· Boa capacidade de comunicação;

· Sentido de responsabilidade;

· Disponibilidade imediata.

Remuneração suplementar:

  • Décimo terceiro salário
  • Subsídio de Natal

Experiência:
