Pacote Salarial negociável mediante experiência demonstrada.
Funções:
- Execução de contactos com os clientes (telefónicos e via email) para cobrança dos valores em dívida e respetivo registo em sistema informático;
- Análise de crédito (efetuar a pré-análise da concessão de crédito e registar os acordos de concessão);
- Acompanhamento a instruções de processos de contencioso, nomeadamente a compilação da informação para os processos;
- Preparar os elementos para os débitos diretos.
Requisitos:
- Habilitações Literárias mínimas ao nível do ensino secundário, preferencialmente nas áreas técnicas de contabilidade e administração;
- Experiência profissional na atividade de cobranças a clientes empresariais (preferencial);
- Domínio da língua inglesa;
- Bons conhecimentos de MS-Office, nomeadamente Excel;
- Boas competências de comunicação, capacidade de argumentação e assertividade;
- Disponibilidade para laborar de segunda a sexta feira das 09h às 18h.
