About the Program Syensqo is launching a Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our HR Service Line, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to and shape Syensqos global human resources operations. As an intern, youll work alongside experienced HR professionals gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Performance & Talent. This program will be hosted in Lisbon offices.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship you may support one or more of the following areas:

• Talent Acquisition
  • Support activities as sourcing and screening resumes for open positions.
  • Participate in activities related to data analysis by assisting in the collection, organization, and interpretation of Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Participate in projects in the area

• Performance & Talent
  • Assist in providing resolution to inquiries and demands from internal and external service users, providing support for HR-related queries
  • Support in the review of various HR materials, including contracts, training content, communication documents, and other materials.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate employee records within SuccessFactors Employee Central.

What Youll Bring Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (required). Additional languages are a plus.
