WORKPLACE: Lisboa (Hybrid) FUNCTIONS:
  • Managing the monitoring platform in the data processing component of the ELK technology stack, with a strong focus on the visualisation layer (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, others);
  • Design and implement new monitoring processes and new technologies;
  • Gathering and analysing metrics from operating systems and applications to help with performance tuning and fault finding;
  • Ensure the functioning of event integration in the ITIL platform;
  • Working with other teams to develop new processes, services or controls;
  • Keeping the documentation characterising the processes implemented up to date.
PROFILE:
  • Higher education in the field of Information Technology;
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role with a strong data processing component using the ELK stack;
  • Professional experience in a DevOps culture;
  • Experience in analysing and processing data (Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing and Data Analytics);
  • Experience in creating reports, dashboards, data analysis and statistical models;
  • Experience in information integration and processing solutions;
  • Experience in CI/CD tools;
  • Good knowledge and experience of public cloud computing platforms, such as Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform;
  • Experience in programming with Python/Pandas, Perl and/or SQL/TSQL;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Process and results orientated;
  • Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships;
  • Sense of responsibility, resilience and resistance to adversity;
  • A sense of initiative and innovation.
