Sob o lema “Facultamos o profissional certo!” estamos a recrutar um GESTOR DE CLIENTES INTERNACIONAL (M/F) para empresa cliente na zona de AVEIRO.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Atendimento de chamadas da carteira de Clientes do Mercado Alemão;
  • Recepção, registo e confirmação das encomendas dos clientes;
  • Realização de campanhas de venda proativa: apresentação das campanhas em vigor, venda proativa;
  • Análise de saldos de Cliente e respetiva cobrança de valores em dívida;
  • Acompanhamento da carteira de encomendas pendentes;
  • Suporte à Logística: indicação de datas previstas para entrega de mercadoria;
  • Gestão de reclamações;
  • Outras tarefas inerentes à função.

REQUISITOS

  • 12º ano/ Licenciatura;
  • Bons conhecimentos Office na ótica do utilizador;
  • Experiência profissional de 1 ano na função (preferencial);
  • Experiência na área comercial e/ou apoio ao cliente (preferencial);
  • Conhecimentos linguísticos de inglês e alemão (OBRIGATÓRIO);
  • Residência na zona ou arredores.
  • Disponibilidade imediata.

CONDIÇÕES

  • Vencimento compatível com a experiência demonstrada;
  • Integração numa empresa estável e com perspectiva de continuidade.
