EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Familiarity with event planning software and technology
· Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
DUTIES/ROLE:
· Creation of CLO processes for all forms and for all types of customers
· Manage and assist in creating and requesting promotional materials, including invitations, signage, and programs
· Coordinate or assist with CLO logistics, including transportation, catering, and audio/visual requirements
· Execute the communication plan and liaise with CLO Points of Contact, NCI Academy Enabling departments, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders through emails and phone calls
· Develop communication plans and materials, including press releases, newsletters, and website content
· Create CLO sponsorship packages
· Establish CLO timelines and schedules, ensuring all parties involved are informed
· Support the setup and breakdown of CLO venues, including furniture arrangement, decoration, and managing equipment rentals
· Assist in managing CLO budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices
· Develop an outsourcing plan for CLOs as needed
· Provide on-site support during CLOs, managing registration, welcoming attendees, and addressing any issues that arise
· Conduct post-CLO evaluations to collect feedback and assess the success of the CLO, including generating evaluation reports
· Maintain accurate records of CLO details, including attendee lists, vendor contracts, and other pertinent information
· Undertake additional tasks as directed by the CLO coordinator or supervisor
