Estamos a recrutar um Supervisor de Contact Center na área Outbound Comercial.
Descrição da Função:
Garantir o atingimento dos objetivos estabelecidos com o Cliente;
Gestão de equipa;
Estabelecer metas e motivar as equipas em prol do cumprimento dos objetivos individuais e de equipa;
Planear, comunicar e rever objetivos definidos para cada operador.
Requisitos:
Experiência em supervisão de Contact Center na área Outbound comercial (preferencial);
Capacidade de liderança e de gestão de equipas de venda para campanhas de Outbound;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação, argumentação e persuasão;
Rigor e resistência ao stress;
Sentido de responsabilidade;
Gosto por trabalhar por objetivos;
Conhecimentos informáticos;
Capacidade comunicação;
Ambição e dinamismo;
Espirito de trabalho em equipa.
