Your mission:

Supports breweries and OpCo’s in the area of brewing materials and brewing processes to achieve world class level quality and performance

Who will you report to: SSH manager Quality & Technology

Location: Vialonga available to travel

Your Role Responsibilities

Review and support the integration of SHE and food safety standards into operational workflows

Reviewthe implementation of all food safety standards at suppliers

Contribute to CVE by in-depth analysis of process, technology, recipes

Maintain and optimise all operational Quality Management-and Food Safety systems

Follow up on customer complaints: support the verification of corrective preventive actions at the OpCo’s

Lead the technical development and support implementation of DSV/CVE initiatives and NPIs

Maintain brand technical governance related to brewing-materials and technology, for international or regional brands owned by OpCosin the HUB

Ensure that reporting systems are maintained

Analyze data to identify business opportunities

Testing of new equipment/quality, tools/systems

We want you to bring:

Bachelor or Master in Malting, Brewing and Packaging Technology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Agronomy or Chemical Engineering

Min 3 years’ experience in food & beverage production and technology, quality control & assurance systems

Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards

Fluent in Portuguese language

Fluent in English

Ability to work autonomously in high ambiguity situations.
