Funções: Desenvolver actividades no âmbito da tecnologia dos edifícios, nomeadamente:
  • Gerir sub-contratos no contexto do Facility Management (Hard e Soft services).
  • Gerir os Planos de Manutenção Preventiva.
  • Ser responsável pela implementação de políticas de FM de acordo com o vigente na CBRE e/ou na conta cliente.
  • Gerir a boa relação permanente entre cliente, utilizadores e fornecedores de forma a garantir um serviço de excelência.
Requisitos essenciais:
  • Experiência em Facility Management em ambiente de escritório.
  • Destreza em língua inglesa.
Outros requisitos:
  • Boa capacidade de análise para resolução de problemas
  • Autonomia
  • Orientação para o cliente
  • Boas capacidades organizacionais e de gestão de tempo
  • Proficiente em de Excel e Word
  • Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa
