About the job

• ITO Department of CIB Global Market deals with documentation and operational management of securities issues by BNP Paribas Issuance BV, dedicated to CIB GM and supporting sales teams located mainly in Europe. The documentation mandate consists mainly of the final terms and supporting documents, which will be drafted according to templates issued by LEGAL. Issuance Operations consist of pre-trade tasks (ISIN code activation, data reconciliation, agents information)
• This position has an early shift starting at 7am

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensure a high level of execution concerning the daily production of the Final Terms
• Validate inside cut-off period all ETS issuances for the region in charge. Be able to escalate to IT support (Ecommerce, EQD Drafter) as well as other related stakeholders when necessary
• Be able to identify and accurately draft all CE + WT structures under ITO scope
• Strive for rigor and accuracy of the drafting Templates available on the Issuemaster library
• Participate and contribute to activity optimization and projects and promote initiatives/innovations within the team that can make our daily work more efficient

• Fluency in english
• Knowledgement of stock market products, structured securities and the various underlying factors Reactiveness, organization skills and ability to manage priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy of product characteristics
• Interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
• Ability to communicate and work with other ITO teams and other departments (LEGAL, Front Office, Back Office)
