Controller Associate

We are looking for :
Reporting to the E&I, Transportation and Batteries Controller, the person in this role will provide timely financial statement analysis, business partnering and support, as well as be a key finance resource in future process improvement projects.

We count on you to:
Financial Analysis

• P&L Trend Analysis
• Contribution Margin trend analysis : Understanding of impacts from price, variable costs and foreign exchange vs Forecast, Prior Year, budget
• Cash Flow Analysis : Assist with credit limits and payment term reviews
• Ensure compliance with company regulations
• Ad hoc reporting

Business Analysis

• Business Partner with two Global Business Controller
• Support the budget and monthly business review/forecast process
• Work closely with leaders on key initiatives requiring financial analysis and support
• Support reviews of development opportunities and growth initiatives
• Ad hoc analysis

New Tools Implementation

• Be a key Finance resource for the impending Kinaxis implementation
• Support transition from WebDP

You will bring:

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS] in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
• Strong communicate skills and ability to multitask multiple projects/priorities
• Digital and automation oriented
• Aptitude for partnering with business teams
• Experience /working knowledge on SAP, Excel (advanced level) and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
