A The Bridge encontra-se a recrutar Responsável de Oficina para prestigiada empresa, situada na zona de Sintra.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica (preferencial) e/ou Experiência comprovada na função (mínimo 2 anos);
- Experiência em serviços de mecânica/eletricidade auto;
- Capacidade de motivação de equipas e coordenação do fluxo de trabalho;
- Forte orientação para o cliente;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar de 2ª a Domingo com 2 folgas semanais e horários rotativos;
- Carta de Condução Categoria B (obrigatório).
Funções:
- Gestão, desenvolvimento e motivação da equipa técnica,
- Seguimento de indicadores,
- Acompanhamento do cliente.
