Retail Management Consultant

• Degree in Management, Economics or similar;

• Proven experience in Management Consulting;

• Experience in ERP implementation projects;

• Experience designing organizational models and in process optimization;

• Experience in the Food Retail sector with knowledge of offer management and store operations;

• Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization;

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

• French knowledge is a plus.

• Responsible for systemize the gaps and associated requirements and lead discussion sessions;

• Support the identification of new gaps and associated requirements;

• Propose business solutions, requirements and new ways of working, as well as changes to improve processes, gaps and tools in production;

• Give support in the preparation of workshops and internal working sessions;

• Supports the business team in the test script and the testers.
