As a Junior Revenue Analyst, youll work directly with our Regional CEO and Head of Analytics, shaping strategy and driving real impact across 12 schools in 5 countries. This is an opportunity to launchpad your career in strategy, analytics, and international education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the design and execution of revenue-boosting strategies across extracurriculars—trips, clubs, camps, and more
• Map current offerings, identify opportunities for growth, and help craft new experiences for students
• Partner with school Heads and ECA (extracurricular activities) Coordinators to implement initiatives across the region
• Collaborate with the Finance team to align projects with internal controls and compliance
• Get hands-on experience with tools like AirTable, Power BI, and Oracle JDE (no prior experience needed—well teach you!)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A background in Engineering, Management, Economics, or similar—either a recent graduate or final-year student
• Sharp analytical thinking and a passion for solving real-world problems
• A proactive mindset—youre curious, self-motivated, and ready to contribute
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with senior leaders
• Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and ways of working in a fast-paced environment
